Clan Emblem Helper

This does not take the two hours out of transferring your clan image to the Metal Gear Online game server, but it may make it a little less annoying. This tool is specifically designed to sit through that process with you.

It loads your gif, jpg, png, or bmp image of any size into a 32x32 window and gives you MGO-compatible color codes for transferring into the game's clan editor.

Version 1.4 (Apr 22, 2009): You may now print the thumbnail image codes once the color count drops below 100. This is useful if your computer is not close to your PS3.

Version 1.3 (Apr 13, 2009): Seven new image filters have been added to help further reduce complex images.

Version 1.2 (Jan 28, 2009): Image filters have been added so you can reduce 500-color giants down to 100-color babies with just a few clicks.

It is drastically simple and serves a single purpose. It leaves a small footprint on your system so you can simply delete the files when you are finished. There is no installation to be concerned about. There are no plugins, it does not stay resident after termination, and it will only link to the internet if you want it to.
